Privacy policy

This policy explains what Big Leap collects when you use the Story0 developer platform and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password, held by our identity provider (Google Cloud Identity Platform).
• Usage records: API requests, jobs, charges and webhook deliveries, so we can bill accurately and help you debug.
• Media you submit and the results we produce, for the retention periods below.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, to bill you, to answer support requests and to tell you about changes that affect your integration. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your media to train models.

Retention

Source media is deleted 7 days after upload, or immediately when you delete an asset. Results are deleted 30 days after they are created. Billing records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Processors

We run on Google Cloud in the United States. Frames sampled from your media are sent to AI model providers solely to produce your results. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your choices

You can delete assets at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@bigleap.app.
